Again, my results were much the same as the writeup. It was close to being much better, but not quite there.
1. ENTICES, INCITES; saw NICETIES about ten seconds after time ran out 2. THUMPED, MOUTHED 3. 430 = 6*(75 - 2 - 1) - 50/25 4. GASOLINES -- I was pretty sure this was this round after the first four letters 5. COWERED, DEFORCE 6. 993 = (2*3 + 4)*100 - 7 7. GUITAR; found GARUDA after time 8. 931 = ((9 + 4)*10 + 3)*7 [2 off]; a little after time 930 = (3*4*7 + 9)*10, but it took another twenty seconds or so to find 929 = 4*9*(3*10 - 4) - 7 9. SCAPEGOAT (2.5s); just pipped by Jacob -- I saw the answer as I paused the video after his buzz

BESTIE and after time ENTICES just before it was first declared TAMPED and again, MOUTHED just after time (75/25+6)*(50-2-1)=433 (3 off) LEASING CROWED (7+3)*100-4-2=994 (1 off, and can't believe I didn't go with the non 7 way to make 10) TRIAD and missed GUITAR yet again. It seems to be a recurring word 9*((7+3)*10+4)=936 (7 off, and if I had more time I would have taken the remaining 4 away for 932) x
