Huh, I completely missed the "just add everything" option for round 8. Nicely spotted! And the answer is a little less than one in 899 times, since sometimes the six numbers won't sum as high as 101.
... OK, so it's one in 899 for four large and three large, never for six small, approximately one in 1022.7 for two large, and approximately one in 2215 for one large.
