Ep 168: Tamara McMahon, Peter Kougi (August 31, 2016; originally aired March 23, 2011)

Rounds: Here.

Disclaimer: I watched this episode when it first aired, and although I did not recall any of it I cannot rule out memory being a factor.

Just the summary for now, as I'm still very behind.

First break: IRON COPS ("A tail with a painful ending")

Hearing the clue, one might think it was "tale", but that is the misdirection -- it is referring to a SCORPION.

David's talk is about the regional terms for movable classrooms -- I'm familiar with it being called a demountable, but he lists other versions: portable, relocatable, transportable, mustard hut, terrapin unit, dog box, and prefab.

Second break: GOLD INFO ("Noah's motivation")

He built the ark because of the FLOODING.

Round 7: F E D R O N C A S

Peter was unfortunate here -- I've seen his choice be accepted on Countdown before.

BOGGIER is a good spot, but it is not listed. My revised rules would accept it, though, since BOGGY is listed.
